In 2014 Jenna received her bachelors degree in exercise science and began her career as a personal trainer. Since then she has continued her education by becoming a precision nutrition coach, and girls gone strong coach. Jenna likes to focus on behavior change with her clients to help them live a healthy life long term. Jenna’s main goal is to create a workout regimen which clients can enjoy and remain consistent in. In addition to behavior change Jenna specializes in weight loss, and helping clients build self confidence. When Jenna isn’t lifting weights, you can find her shredding it up on her skateboard at the local skateparks.
