Neck pain is at an all time high, and the biggest cause is our new technological world. The way we hold our heads to look at our phones, tvs, laptops, etc, are tightening and loosening certain muscles depending on our circumstances. Not to mention the way we drive, sleep, or move our bodies can have a huge affect or possible strain on our necks!
